After graduating from the University of Birmingham with two bachelor’s degrees (Medical Science followed by Dentistry), Naomi spent 10 years in the Armed Forces. As a Military Dental Officer, she treated military personnel and their families in various locations in the UK and in Europe.

Soldiers cannot have sedation for simple dental treatment. This is because sedation is not possible in operational theatres, therefore Naomi became adept at putting all her patients at ease to enable them to be treated using simple relaxation methods alone.

Naomi has a Diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry. This means that she is skilled at making dental work look natural to

blend in with the existing teeth. She uses a combination of shade matched, tooth-coloured fillings and the latest technology to achieve treatments retaining as much natural tooth as possible. Family and friends should say ‘you look good, did you get your hair done?’ Not ‘wow look at your teeth!’ Naomi does not do ‘the Hollywood look’, but creates healthy confident smiles and strong teeth. Naomi has an interest in working with anxious patients to achieve dental goals using a combination of relaxation and sedation therapies. Naomi’s approach is tailored depending on individual patients’ needs and past experiences. Often patients will start with a sedative and become so confident with their care that they are able to have future treatments without.
